		<description>Hi Tom,

I have been using your business model recently and found it very effective. It is very clearly and logically defined and is well explained by your Hack Fwd introduction video. So firstly thanks for that.

I got to thinking that it could be turned into a really useful application and made available for free (of course). I have started to map out the concept in terms of menus, functions and visual communication. In short, i would like to build on your graphical layout, merging it with the descriptive content from you talk and also adding your video within the application for reference. As a self contained app I think this would provide a really useable app for all kinds of statups.

It may be possible to expand the concept to enable groups to participate on business models, collating their thoughts, bookmarks, images, charts etc... to one location. Sharing, reviewing and presenting business models could also be facilitated really well from it but obviously this all cost time and money.

I am an industrial designer and would be willing to donate time to this. I was wondering what you thought of the idea and whether you knew of any developers that would be able to match my offer to make it happen.

Regards,
Nick</description>
